Job Description:

•   To emphasize and protect high credit quality while encouraging and increasing the Bank's market share without compromising risk assets quality

•   Ensure that limits are monitored, incomes, fees, maturing repayments and anniversary charges are captured

•   Review all credits for quality, performance and compliance with approved terms and conditions and credit policy

•   Provide strategic direction to the bank's drive at achieving minimal loan loss provision (maximum non-performing loans to total loan portfolio of 5%)

•   Identify deteriorating accounts for prudential classification and transfer to Credit Remedial/Loan Recovery

•   Minimum of Bachelors Degree (MBA, MSC, MA, ML and/or Professional Qualifications compulsory)

•   Minimum of 11 – 15 years banking experience; minimum of 13 – 17 years non-banking but related experience

•   Deep understanding of corporate and commercial credit issues and analysis

•   Strong corporate and commercial market knowledge
