Job Description:

•   Set up and manage a framework for regular monitoring of CS personnel performance and ensure that TATs are achieved

•   Evaluating and troubleshooting the department

•   Ensure good performance of strategies

•   Supervise development of CS portal to ensure quality and compliance with CS strategies

•   Manage quality assurance and performance management of all units of the department.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   Minimum of Bachelor's degree

•   Minimum relevant banking experience;4 years.

•   Minimum non-banking but related experience; 6 years.

•   Core Knowledge on Banking operations, policies and procedures

•   Interpersonal and communication skills

•   People management

•   IT and computer appreciation

•   Attentive to detail
