Job summary:  – To provide first line technical support and operational guidance to Cameron workshop and service personnel undertaking onshore and offshore activities. – Point of contact locally to go to for all Engineering matters, acting as the link between Project and the Engineering Centres of excellence.

General Responsibilities:

-Provide response to offshore and onshore technical queries

-Disposition Non Conformance Reports

-Prepare Deviation Requests to be submitted to customer

-Investigate and complete Field Performance Reports

-Maintain and update relevant operational documentation in support of offshore activities

-Interface with installation contractors and other sub-contractors as required

-Provide input into operational procedures

-Development of effective working relationships with Customer representative(s)

-Provide reporting information for both internal and external use (customer specific reports) on a weekly / monthly basis

-Participate in internal or external project review meetings

-Follow company Health, Safety, Security and Environmental guidelines in all aspects of role

Experience/Requirements:

-Engineering Degree qualified (preferably Mechanical/Subsea) or in advanced stages of achieving degree qualification

-Working knowledge of product use and limitations

-Ability to work to deadlines

-Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills

-Problem solving ability

-Leadership skills to include ability to motivate colleagues

-Computer literacy skills to include, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAP, AutoCAD and Inventor knowledge preferable

-Have the initiative and ability to work by themselves and as part of a team
