Job Title: Healthcare Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

•   To develop and plan new businesses

•   To develop a strategy to acquire and manage new clients

•   Development situation analysis, including your business weaknesses, to help opportunities and threats, to develop a strategic plan for the future of the economy, strengthen

•   To ensure smooth operation of the medical diagnostic arm of the company

•   To create and maintain customers/clients for the medical diagnostic centre, Health-related training & consulting services

•   To plan & organize the training programmes

•   Management and development of Petra Global Brand

•   Management of the business

•    Must have industry contacts

•   Write and execute budgets and plans

Qualifications and Skills:

•   Minimum of a good Degree in Business Admin & Marketing or related degrees

•   MBA is an advantage

•   3-5 years relevant experience

•   Good knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint Compulsory).

•    Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

•    Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization

•   To act quickly and pragmatically under pressure to prioritise and resolve technical faults and problems.

•   Willingness to take initiative, originate action and be responsible for consequent decisions.

•   To work in a team, and lead teams.

•   Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments

•   Highly Driven, motivated, independent and adaptive.
