Job Summary:  – A building and civil engineering company is looking for a construction site manager for a premium grade renovation job being executed in Jos Plateau State.  – The Candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of the project from its current stage to completion and final handing over to the client.

Requirements: – A good first Degree in Engineering (civil or building) plus a Diploma in Construction Management. – A minimum of 10 -15 years experience and membership of the professional bodies; COREN, NSE or NIOB. – The Building/Civil engineering construction experience must have 8 years in the area of top grade renovation works.  – The candidate should be fluent in English and fluency in Hausa and other languages is considered an advantage. – Skilled in management of site construction activities with proven ability to manage the interfaces with various stakeholders during project execution.  – Strong project management skill set required including contract management, contract administration, scheduling, planning, financial control and management. – Ability to use Microsoft software as well as specialist software packages such AutoCAD and MS Project will be an advantage.
