Job Title: Sales Representative

One of the fastest growing food ingredients company in Nigeria and was established in 1996; incorporated in 1997 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 as a limited liability company to manufacture, act as manufacturers' representative, distribute and market food ingredients in Nigeria and West Africa. After many years of hard work, a good habit of respecting knowledge and talent and acknowledging them has been formed. In order to develop against strong competition and keep a firm position in the industry, a group of high quality workers were employed and trained.

Responsibilities:

•   Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.

•   Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.

•   Build positive and productive relationships with clients.

•   Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.

•   Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.

•   Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.

•   Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude

•   Be responsible for scheduling task of field personnel

•   To develop rapport with the customer base, greet by name

•   Take car e of accurate information of the customers and ensure that daily transactions are in order.

•   Maintain position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers information confidential

•   Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.  

•   5 years' experience

•   Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

•   Must be computer literate
