Description:

•   Supervises IT Helpdesk consultants

•   Ensure Users IT requests are met

•   Ensures users are properly notified of changes

•   Handles the IT Service Catalogue and updates

•   Liaises with all units in IT to escalate IT Problems to vendors and

•   ensures workarounds are put in place to avoid disruption of services

Qualifications: A degree in Computer science or related discipline
