Job Title: Deal Origination / Business Development in Sub-Saharan Africa

Job Description: – Nexus is looking for professionals to identify and develop new business in Sub-Saharan Africa. – We work with both public and privately held companies looking to raise institutional debt and equity capital of a minimum of $25 million and above.   Investment targets need to have an established operating history, be profitable and have a well established management team with a proven track record.  Ideal candidates should be looking to expand their existing business or recapitalize their balance sheet.

Nexus operates across multiple sectors including:

•   Shipping and Logistics

•   Agriculture/Food

•   Infrastructure

•   Pharmaceuticals

Desired Skills & Experience: Candidates should have 5-10+ years of sales experience within the financial services field and have an active network to key decision makers that he/she can access.
