Description: The Procurement Officer (MAPS) will manage activities related to the procurement of materials, services, and equipment required by the MAPS Project, in collaboration with the Program & Admin Officer.  S/he will be accountable for ensuring full compliance with USAID and FHI 360 regulations and protocols, and will coordinate closely with the operations, finance, and technical teams to develop and implement a procurement plan in a timely and efficient manner. S/he will assist with monitoring departmental costs, schedules, and performance to ensure approval and payment of transactions and deliveries.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:

•   BSc. in Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

•   Minimum of five years' experience in procurement management.

•   Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
