Role Summary/Purpose:	The Workshop Supervisor will have primary responsibility for Shop-Floor Employee Leadership including hands-on support in repair of customer hardware.This role is within the Repair Services Segment of the GE Power & Water - PGS Business. The Service Centre is situated in Port Harcourt.
Essential Responsibilities:	- Utilize experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others - Support the drive to attain goals with respect to safety, quality, cost, production and compliance - Provide support in asset utilization, process / manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality, delivery and cost reduction - Provide on-going support in scheduling resources, technical leadership and facilitating the flow of hardware to meet customer requirements - Achieve highest levels of internal and external customer service - Participate in hands-on repair and maintenance of Customer hardware - Implement procedures for personnel to operate and maintain the facility in a safe and effective manner - Execute daily production plans - Ensure all tasks are carried out with adherence to relevant Work Instructions and EHS requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:	- Electrical or Mechanical background, preferably HNC/HND. - Previous Workshop Supervisory experience required. - A good communicator who is willing to work as part of a team. - Strong work ethic and HSE focused

Essential Responsibilities:	- Ensure required quality is delivered on all processed customer hardware - Ensure all tasks are carried out with adherence to relevant Work Instructions and EHS requirements - Set up and operate coating cell per scheduled sequence, process sheets, work instructions and customer requirement(s) - Conduct / perform qualitative evaluation of samples - Record all necessary process and quality documentation accurately, timely, routinely and as specified - Formulate and conduct qualitative evaluations of coating(s) / adhesive(s) per formulation and quality criteria - Conduct standard routine maintenance as required to ensure machinery cleanliness and reliability - Assist maintenance technician in the execution of all regularly scheduled Preventive Maintenance requirement and all repairs necessary due to breakdown or malfunction

Role Summary/Purpose:	The Material Coordinator shall be responsible for receipt and logging into AS400 of all newly received items into the Spares store and yard. The position is meant to control information that provides clear and precise details at any time of equipment we have in our Spares store and yard.
Essential Responsibilities:	- Ensure all goods are received correctly as stipulated in the PO requisition - Ensure QA sign off is carried out and correct QA paperwork received for items - Book accurately into inventory control system used at Onne (AS400) - Correct raising of GRN's with details passed to Finance to allow payment of suppliers invoice - Locate in correct location within Spares store or yard - Check if hard allocated to Sales Order and if so update system to confirm receipt - Carry out weekly cycle counting of inventory - Carry out monthly review of O-Ring stock that no items out of life span - Participate in all physical inventory counts - Responsible for all inventory within yard both company and customer - Responsible for tidiness of inventory locations both within Spares store and yard
Qualifications/Requirements:	- Degree qualified in inventory management or related discipline - Demonstrated experience of minimum of 5 years with inventory control workings - Excellent computer skills
