Brief Biography

Gaius  is a Chief Programmer at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.  He has  extensive consulting experience in the area of Information and  Communications Technology (ICT). Particularly, he has been extensively  involved in the design, development, implementation and  operationalization of ICT solutions for universities and other public  sector organizations in Nigeria.
