Details of Responsibilities:

•   Develop a database, manage and Follow up on all our past participants to track their performance over the years.

•   Write inspiring and winning proposals to partners, sponsors and collaborator's (Past, present and future)

•   Carry along all the Trustees, engage them in a manner that generates ideas, revenue and activities that has tangible impact on the youths in more locations in Nigeria.

•   Engage Heroes, Role Models and Young Successful Entrepreneurs in our Events

•   Capture more multi-media clips that are exciting and inspiring for the young participants at our events so that it is a power packed exciting and life transforming event.

•   Reach out to International Partners.

•   Arraying out research and data collection to understand the organization;

•   Conducting analysis;

•   Preparing business proposals/presentations.

Required Qualifications: B.Sc in Social or Humanitarian Studies

Required Skills & Experience:

•   Excellent oral and written communications skills.

•   Proven organizational skills.

•   Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

•   Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently.

•   Proven personal computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.

•   Previous experience with project management software and methodology a plus.
