Job Description:  – The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets by building the sales distribution channels of Agency for his team.  – This will include building a productive and motivated agent network, leveraging the business through training initiatives whilst monitoring and driving the agency business model to achieve desired business plans and career aspirations.

Requirements

•   A good First degree in Social Sciences or Humanities

•   Minimum of 7 years experience

•   Prior experience in a similar role is critical

•   At least 3 years of team handling experience
