Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for effective management of banking operations, establishment and management of a customer care platform geared towards ensuring that customers receive value in service offerings. He/She will be responsible for overseeing core banking operations covering funds clearance and transfer, cash management etc.

Job Requirement   

• A relevant first degree in Business Admin, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics or the Social Sciences

• An MBA or a relevant post-graduate degree will also be an added advantage

• Minimum of 7 years experience in banking operations

• Should possess good knowledge of Operational Risk Management

• Should possess sound written & verbal communication skills.
