Job Title: Human Resources Personnel

Locations: Nigeria (Benin City, Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri, or Yenagoa)

Responsibilities: – To maintain human resource policies, ensuring compliance; and to contribute to the development of corporate HR policies. – Ensure provision of a professional human resource service to the organization.

Requirements:

•   B.Sc in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

•   Masters degree is an advantage.

•   7 years minimum total post graduate experience.

•   Candidate must be able to communicate and write effectively.

Additional Qualifications:

•   Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency.

•   Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations.

•   Self confident and professionally tactful to be able to stand your ground and convictions in the face of opposing opinions.

•   Interested in continuous learning.

•   Display leadership qualities and behaviors.

•   Strong analytical abilities and skills for rationalizing business concepts

•   Manpower planning, Performance Appraisal, Training, Formulation and Implementation of HR policies, exposure to function of Personnel Department.
