Job Title: Estimating Assistant

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

•   Provide support to Estimators as required.

•   Assist in processing and submitting bids.

•   Other administrative duties for the Estimating department.

•   Carry our market survey for both material and labour rates.

•   Update the database of material and labour rates regularly.

Requirements:

•   Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Quantity Survey.

•   GCE/SSCE/WASSCE with credits in at least 5 subjects including Mathematics and English at not more than two sittings.

•   Must be computer literate and possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

•   Proactive, dedicated and committed to work.

•   Good written and oral communication skills.

•   Analytical skills.
