Plant Supervisor – Ready Mix Concrete plant – Nigeria

Job Details:

A leading construction company with interests globally are looking for someone to join their team at a Ready Mix Concrete Plant as a Supervisor at one of their sites in Nigeria.

The ideal candidate should have several years of experience working with Ready-Mix Concrete and preferably have some experience of working in Africa, or internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the plant operations ensuring the efficient running of the plant.

• Batching and managing the inventory of the plant whilst scheduling deliveries of raw materials.

• Providing preventative maintenance where required.

• Work effectively with external and internal customers

Requirements:

• A strong background in supervising Ready-Mix concrete plants.

• The Ability to Multi task with a track record of achieving high standards.

• Central mix experience.

• Excellent communication skills

• A proficiency in command batch experience is an advantage

• Experience of working in Africa or Internationally is an advantage.
