Job Title: Team Leader (Male or Female)

Requirements:

•   B.Sc. (Hon) with minimum of upper credit its Estate Management

•   ANIVS or MSc /MBA will be added advantage

•   Proven ability to source for briefs on valuation

•   Project Management and Facility Management Iron Banks and other corporate clients.

•   Minimum of 3-4 years post qualification practical experience.

•   Must be Lagos bared and very conversant with the terrain.

•   Must be computer literate.

•   Ability (proven) to effectively manage and drive/ motivate not less than 10 staff to achieve corporate target goat is VERY essential and compulsory

•   Must be good in valuation and property management.
