Advans is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to work under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and with the support of Horus's Headoffice.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
•   Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and with the support of Horus' Headoffice, the CFO will be in charge of the management of the administrative and financial operations of Advans Nigeria;
•   In accordance with Horus' mandate, and together with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer, the CFO of Advans Nigeria will identify, recruit, organize and train a management team which will progressively take over the management of the microfinance bank.

Qualifications:
•   Degree in management/accounting/finance;
•   Proficient with accounting software, accounting, financial audit, budget preparation and monitoring, treasury management;
•   At least 5 years' experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the microfinance or banking sectors, including 3 years in management positions;
•   Fluency in English, reading and understanding French is appreciated;
•   Rigorous, analytical, with sound managerial and organizational skills;
•   Excellent interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and conflict management skills.
