Job Title: Invoicing Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria  

Department: Invoicing

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of invoices to customers

•   Oversee month-end closing of the invoicing information on different Airline portals and ASL's software

•   Coordinate monthly reconciliation of entries

•   Develop and implement accurate and efficient record keeping system

•   Develop and implement quality assurance standards for all processes

•   Plan and implement invoicing programme for Special/New businesses

•   Develop and motivate team for excellent performance

•   Develop a customer focus service orientation in team

General Skills/Qualifications Required:

•   A BS.c/HND in job related field from accredited institutions

•   Candidate should possess relevant professional certification/s

•   Knowledge of generally accepted professional principles, procedures and techniques, and statutory or regulatory  guidelines

•   Analytical skills to evaluate different alternatives and select or recommend the best fit for business and professional need

•   Proven ability to perform strategic planning and implementation

•   Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and problem solving

•   Ability for complex communication

•   High ethical standard and integrity consistent with application of policies and procedures

•   Computer applications skills

Work experience:

•   Minimum of 6 -10 years of full-time experience in the role

•   Minimum of  5 year working years experience at managerial level
