Job summary: The Analyst, Research Support provides administrative and research support in the Division. The job holder will report to the General Manager, Legal, Licensing and Enforcement

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Works very closely with General Manager, Legal, Licensing and Enforcement

2.   Assists theGeneral Manager, Legal, Licensing and Enforcement in various research work

3.   Assists in tracking of tasks in the Division

4.   Assists in project monitoring and reports of the Division

5.   Assists in the day to day organization of the Division

6.   Such other general duties as may be assigned

Person Specification:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

1.   Attention to details

2.   Ability to manage large volumes of documents

3.   Good organization skills

4.   Good written and oral communication skills

5.   Ability to use the computer and other IT devices efficiently

6.   Docket control and ability to track deadlines

7.   Routine legal research and analysis

8.   Ability to perform secretarial functions such as typing, filing and photocopying

Educational Background:

1.   Minimum of LLB and must be called to the Nigerian the Nigerian Bar

2.   An LLM is an added advantage

Work Experience: Must have 2 years post call experience. Experience in legal research is also required.
