Roles and responsibilities:

• Execution of engagements and transactions within the investment banking function.

• Taking a primary role in the planning, structuring and execution of any capital raising, or M&A activity the company is contemplating or actively engaged in.

• Coordinate merger and acquisition due diligence and execution for clients by assessing base business valuation, quantifying synergies and risks.

• Manage financial planning, evaluation and analysis of projects, strategic/commercial initiatives and business plans to support Management decision making.

• Focal point on projects and driver of execution mandates

• Working closely with divisional finance teams to determine appropriate corporate and project financing options based on each division's unique business profile.

• Exposure in a leading Investment Banking Company in the world.,Nigeria

• Good understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to the financial services industry.
