Job Description: Develops packages offshore / Swamp drilling programs (detailed procedural steps) for each well construction project. Incorporates lessons learned from previous wells,optimize programs for maximum efficiency and optimal costs. Ensures well designs and procedures are consistent with sound environmental policy, company guidelines and meet all existing regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of second class Lower Division.

Required Skills: Strong analytical, team work and problem solving skills.

Experience: Minimum of Twelve (12) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in drilling engineering plus previous work as field drilling engineer or drilling supervisor.
