Job Title: STG Lab Service Consultant

Required:

•   Pre-University qualification

•   At least 5 years experience in Technical skills in System x, Modular systems and low to midrange storage solutions

•   At least 5 years experience in Technical skills in Windows, VMware or Linux.

•   At least 5 years experience in working with IBM ToolsCenter management products

•   At least 5 years experience in Customer interfacing

English: Fluent

Preferred:

•   At least 8 years experience in Technical skills in System x, Modular systems and low to midrange storage solutions

•   At least 8 years experience in Technical skills in Windows, VMware or Linux.

•   At least 8 years experience in working with IBM ToolsCenter management products

•   At least 8 years experience in Customer interfacing

Additional information:

• Willing to Travel

• Ability to work with customers, account teams, technical consultants and management

• Creative problem solving

• Communication: Very Good

Desired Skills & Experience: This role performs installs, moves, adds and changes. They do not perform problem determination, maintenance and repairs.
