Your main missions will be:

•   Ensures that maintenance operations under your responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with COMPANY'S current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, carried out on SITE.

•   Ensures that COMPANY'S HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during preparation and performance of maintenance operations placed under your responsibility.

•   Organize the job every morning : Take in place Tool Box Talk before opening operations

•   Manages and Coaches/Mentors the team of technicians directly under your responsibility (2 Seniors & 2 Juniors).

•   Carries out, at discipline leader request, any intervention within your field of competence, such as Intervention-Trouble shooting

•   Take in charge the systems under your responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation is resumed.

•   Ensure routine checks are properly done and deviations are reported promptly.

•   Verifies the quality of your teams' interventions by close supervision and final checks prior to hand-back after maintenance or inspection activity

•   To open the PTW or WO the morning & closing when the job or PTW are finished

•   Isolation & de-isolation all electrical equipments

Context and Location: Offshore Rotation Status 2*2

Position on Site: Offshore Platform

Contract duration: 12 months renewable

Qualifications / Abilities required: You must be a graduated in B.Tech/HND or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics, with at least 5 years working experience in Operation/Maintenance/Commissioning in Oil and Gas or Power sector.

Specific professional knowledge: – HV & LV power distribution and control networks, HV & LV motor drives and Alternators, Inverters, high voltage cells, variable speed units, Lighting networks, switchgear, etc... – You must be fluent in English language; French language would be a plus.
