Role/Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Chief Finance Officer(CFO), the Deputy CFO will be in charge of the management of the administrative and financial operations of Lafayette Microfinance Bank Nigeria. He/She will be responsible for the recording of monetary transactions to provide information for planning, decision making and control, to various internal and external users.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

•    Degree in management/accounting/finance

•    Proficient with accounting software, accounting, financial audit, budget preparation and monitoring, treasury management

•    At least 5 years' experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the microfinance or banking sectors, including 3 years in management positions

•    Fluency in English, reading and understanding French is appreciated

•    Rigorous, analytical, with sound managerial and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and conflict management skills
