Job Description:           
To achieve timely development and deployment of IT solutions as may be required based on our analysis of business processes and requirements.
To ensure ready availability of resources to deploy business solutions, provide MIS services and administer IT applications and databases based on pre-agreed framework.
To reduce the mean time for solution deployment.
Will report to Senior Business Analyst.

Education: Educated to degree level

Skills & experience:
•   Minimum of 7 years experience in a Business Analysis environment.
•   Conducting interviews
•   Refining and validating scope and requirements
•   Documenting specifications for technical resources
•   Creation of business models that enable translation to technology
•   Understanding business drivers, objectives, events
•   Clear understanding of Entity Relation diagrams (ERD) and business process notation - UML
•   Familiarity with Oracle, ITIL and eTOM.
•   Strong work ethic with positive attitude to service delivery
•   Good interpersonal skills
