OUR COMPANY: Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a System and Network Administrator for our client which is a Conglomerate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.   Configuration and Administration of Cisco switches and routers 3560 and above models.

2.   Configuration Administration of vLANs, VPN, WAN topology

3.   Backend windows server administration like backup, replication, clustering, troubleshooting and scripting

4.   Administration of wifi, access control, security devices and file share permissions

5.   Good knowledge of .net framework, powershell, windows scripting, css, html, php, MySQL, SQL and Oracle

6.   Advanced configuration & administration of Microsoft Exchange server 2010; powershell, backup and restore, troubleshooting, reporting, DAG and 3rd party add-ins

7.   Administration of Cyberoam firewall; Internet security and control with Cyberoam

8.   Administration of Barracuda antispam firewall; rules administration and troubleshooting

9.   Active directory administration; group policy, dhcp, dns, nfs, frs, remote registry, inter-sites, security/distribution groups, certificate authority and federation services

10.   Kaspersky central antivirus server administration and deployment

11.   Sound knowledge of Avaya IP telephone system and administration

12.   Good understanding and support of wireless multimedia presentation

13.   Administration of Polycom video conference devices

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

•   Be willing to work long hours and weekends

•   Minimum of 5-10 years experience

•   Be smart, have hands-on experiences with cisco devices, Avaya, Polycom and wireless encryption

•   Be smart, have good customer support background

•   ITIL v3 training will be an added advantage

•   Ability to work under pressure

•   Be able to relate in a multi-cultural environment

•   Be able to relate with top executive management
