Job Title: Contract and Legal Service Officer

Requirements:

•   First degree in Law with on MBA/Professional certificate, plus

•   Advocacy, mediation and arbitration

•   knowledge of legal, statutory and regulatory framework

•   Legal drafting, legislation & compliance

•   Legislative intelligence and advisory

•   Litigation management

•   Knowledge of Nigerian law

•   Alternate Dispute Resolution techniques

•   At least experience of 3-5 years in commercial, corporate, civil and entertainment law

•   Knowledge of contract, negotiation & drafting of sponsorship and general media contract
