Job Title: OCC Support Officer

Job Summary: To provide operations and administrative support to OCC round the clock based on company policy and industry regulations

Job Description:   

1. Process all Returned Flight Envelopes based on the Arik Air Returned Flight Envelopes Procedure within 24 hours of the flight operations and in line with NCAA Regulations.

2. Directly responsible for the processing, managing and ensuring of the data integrity of all Fuel Burn, Aircraft Rotation Timings, Delay Codes, and other relevant operational data on Arik Air Returned Flight Envelopes.

3. Review all operational data logged in the SmartOps system on a daily basis and flag all errors to the necessary parties for re-entry and correction.

4. Store and archive documents as outlined in the Procedure

5. Scan all flight documents into the relevant folders in the system

6. Liaise with Admin Dept to ensure documents are destroyed after the mandatory storage period.

7. Any other tasks assigned by superiors

Required skill set & Qualification:   

•    University Degree or its equivalent / OND – Eng / Statistics / Mathematics / Social Sciences

•    Relevant experience in Data analysis and Processing is an advantage

•    Highly IT literate and proficient in MS Excel

•    Good analytical and numerical skills

•    Working knowledge of computer based operations tools will be an added advantage

•    Ability to perform in a stressful environment with multiple tasks and critical decision making

•    Good time management, planning and organisational skills

•    Strong communication and relationship management skills
