PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

•   Independent execution of complex projects or programs/ deliverables

•   Contributes as an expert to a technology or business related community

•   Responsibility of own + team capacity utilization

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

•   Drive business development and support license & services sales in alignment with SAP Service Strategy 2015

•   Evaluate, map and make proposals to align business processes & IT architecture to fit the customer's strategy

•   Specialize in 2 BTS topics: BPM, EA, IT Strategy, OCM, VD, PM

•   Team lead

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

•   English: Fluent

•   Chartered Accountant or equivalent

•   Business Acumen

•   Master or equivalent

•   Certification / second university degree

•   EA Fundamentals (EA100 / SOA200)

•   PM Fundamentals

•   OCM100

•   OCM

•   Value Delivery

WORK EXPERIENCE: 6-9 Year's experience (at least 5 implementations done)

Specialized Knowledge:

•   Expert in preferably Financial Services

•   Client Managing expert

•   Managerial Experience

•   Functional coordination of large teams (internal , external, virtual)
