Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Job Purpose: Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

•    Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and related services.

•    Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.

•    Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

•    Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

•    Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

•    Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.

•    Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

•    Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

•    Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,            products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

•    Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

•    Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

•    Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Education: Minimum OND

Mandatory Skills:

•    Previous sales experience a must.

•    Minimum of two years sales experience.

•    Proven ability to meet sales goals.

•    Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task.

•    Strong communication and follow-up skills.

General Requirements:

•    Possesses self-management skills and the motivation

•    Handle routine work with limited supervision

•    Can demonstrate customer service orientation

•    Demonstrates Leadership potential

•    A positive attitude towards their work
