Job Title: Office Assistant  

Recruiter: Success Consult Inc

Our client is into Human Empowerment,Wealth creation and health. Due to internal expansion,we have decided to hire an Office Assistant,to Help Drop and secure Places where Proposal letters will be dropped.

Reports to: Assistant Officer in charge.

Role summary: The preferred Applicant will be required to Resume once a week as agreed by the office,and other days must go out securing places where proposal letters will be dropped,and bring back such signed ones back to the office. Also,will be required to go along with the team to such places where such talks will be held.

Core duties and responsibilities:

•    Ensure prompt resumption at the office

•    Handle appointments, receive and guide visitors

•    Receive telephones and handle switchboard operations

•    Photocopy, collate, distribute, file documents, frank official mail, wrap parcels for posting, record outgoing mail, issue references to mail and file correspondence.

•    Receive, store and distribute office suppliers

•    Deliver office welfare services including tea, water and related supplies;

•    Prepare meeting rooms for conferences and ensure constant availability of conference requirements.

•    Personal organization and ability to prioritize and organize tasks

•    Team player and positive attitude and self driven

•    Good verbal and written communication in English

•    Patience, good analytical skills and judgment.

•    Listening skills, ability to follow instructions.

•    Ability to relate with people from different backgrounds.

Education: OND/HND holders can apply with relevant skills and knowledge with office management and Support.

Experience:

•    Minimum two (1) year relevant experience in similar position;

•    Knowledge of the city and its environs well e.g. Roads, buildings.
