Job Title: Material Officer

Location: Delta / Lagos State, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

•   Provide accurate and timely information with respect to company materials movement inventory management

•   Coordinate the physical inspection of materials delivered for accuracy, ensuring they are in good condition and conform to the contract and/or LPO outlines/requirements

•   Review items for stock replenishment by liaising with the Head of User Departments for such items that could be re-ordered.

Competencies:

•   Competent in inventory management and resources planning

•   Possess logistics, negotiation and demand management skills

Requirements:

•   BSc/HND in any discipline, preferably Science or Technical with a minimum of 2.1 or Upper Credit.

•   2 – 3 years experience with at least 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry
