Responsibilities: Selected individuals will be responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of different units of the organization in different specified geographic locations and the following:  – Co-ordinate activities of operations staff,  – Manage information and feedback from clients on services rendered,  – Provide solutions to customer complaints and engage unit members in planning,  – Strategizing and brainstorming sessions on new business strategies aimed towards growing the business.
