We are currently looking for an IT Implementation Engineer for our client who is a Mortgage Bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports to – AGM Compliance and Business System Review

Ensure updates and changes to System units and applications,

•    Maintain the operation, support, performance and validate state of Networks

•    Planning and execution of routine network maintenance and IP network hardware

•    Develop, update and document operational procedure relating to the I.T dept.

•    Execute all project management related issues for IT project office

•    Take responsibility for coordination of IT activities in the organization

•    Design and implement project management solutions relating to the IT department

•    Managing and controlling all subordinates line of duty whilst identifying key skills for specialization of functions.

•    Producing timely reports for both executive and senior levels

•    Managing and reviewing vendors and services rendered by them

•    Regular review of all system requirements for updates

•    Coordinating and deciphering all tasks and activities for Exco weekly updates and review

•    Training and mentoring of subordinates to impart key skills and knowledge

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

•    Good first degree & any additional qualification and/ or Professional certification in Project management will be an added advantage.

•    Ability to work in windows 2000/XP/Vista/ 7 Platforms and various windows configurations

•    Fully conversant with Microsoft tools (Office, Exchange, Share point in particular)

•    LAN design / implementation and documentation,

•    Microsoft Visio / Smart draw

•    At least 5 years IT experience in the banking industry.

•    Excellent reporting / writing and verbal communication skills as well as relevant computer applications skills are desirable and necessary. Able to manage multiple tasks and people simultaneously
