Job Title: Marketer / Customer Care Officer

A first degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/Mass Communication and MSc/MBA is very desirable with 2-3 years working experience.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:

I.   Ability to draft document s in plain English, capturing Key points.

II.   Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

III.   Have clientele base (Goodwill)

IV.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

V.   Working knowledge of Microsoft office package.

VI.   A willing to take responsibility and make a significant increase to the customer base of the unit.

VII.   Ability to identify business opportunity for business development in line with the strategic vision.

VIII.   Knowledge of Customer management.
