Former Nigeria international, Henry Nwosu has described as positive development Super Eagles win against the Stallions of Burkina Faso in an international friendly on Tuesday.

The Super Eagles defeated their West African opponents 4-1 in the high-profile friendly game at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.

Brown Ideye grabbed a brace while Shola Ameobi and Emmanuel Emenike scored a goal each in the thrilling encounter. Saidu Simpore scored the consolation goal for the 2013 Afcon runners-up.

Nwosu said the Eagles have shown steady and tremendous improvement in every other match the side have been involved under manager, Stephen Keshi.
