Job description:

1. Strictly following Operation and Maintenance procedures as required by SLA when troubleshooting an application.

2. Check and Make sure of Business applications availability.

3. Daily Incident and Issues reporting to the Applications Support Team Leader.

4. Maintaining daily incident and issues log book.

5. Supporting the users of business systems by maintaining the ongoing configuration of the systems.

6. Provide functional and technical support to the end-users.

7. Provide functional Training to the end-users.

8. Provide documentation for developed application or scripts (code commenting, developer's guide, user's guide and operation manual).

9. Maintain awareness of developments and trends in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Applications Architecture.

10. Initiate changes and continuous improvement to business processes.

Required:

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   At least 3 years experience in new technologies in application development field and able to quickly react to the changes. Ability to read, write and understand technical documentation.

•   At least 3 years experience in Familiar with at least one relational database management system with a strong knowledge of SQL standard language.

•   At least 3 years experience in Familiar with at least one application development language (Java, Visual Basic, C++, Delphi).Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, UNIX, Oracle, SQL Server & SQL.

•   At least 3 years experience in Awareness of CRM and Middleware systems. 3rd party management and relationships. Good Technical English.

•   English: Fluent

Preferred:

•   Information Technology

•   At least 5 years experience in new technologies in application development field and able to quickly react to the changes. Ability to read, write and understand technical documentation.

•   At least 5 years experience in Familiar with at least one relational database management system with a strong knowledge of SQL standard language.

•   At least 5 years experience in Familiar with at least one application development language (Java, Visual Basic, C++, Delphi).Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, UNIX, Oracle, SQL Server & SQL.
