Job Title: Expression of interest role – Trainer

Job description: The Trainer plans, coordinates,and conducts training for all guard personnel including basic training course, specialized training, and a minimum refresher course training.

Role Responsibility:

•   Plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate guard force integrated training

•   Teach the  furnished training curriculum identified as per contract requirements

•   Maintain a level of physical fitness necessary to teach defensive tactics, handcuffing, and other arduous and physically demanding classes

•   Manage activities, contributions, and learning

•   Incorporate continuous process improvement by Investigating issues, diagnosing the root cause and then, advising the program team of the findings to allow implementation of corrective actions which require further evaluation for effectiveness, and partnering with the management team

Desired Skills and Experience:

The Ideal Candidate:

•   The successful candidate shall have at least a secondary education, poly technical school, or Bachelors Degree with five (5) years experience in the military, police or guard force

•    A minimum of three (3) years verifiable experience as a training instructor.

•   Demonstrate a good command of English at the S4/R4 level.

•   Trainer must be able to teach course(s) consistent with the clients'standards.

•   Must be able to use Microsoft PowerPoint;

•   Shall have previous medical and First Aid training experience to include current certifications issued by Internationally recognized organizations such as the Red Cross American Heart Association, etc;

•   Be able to drive in Nigeria;
