•   Must be skilled and experienced in quantitative (including survey sampling) and qualitative methods (FGD. and KII).

•   Must have participated in conducting large scale surveys.

•   Master's degree in the social sciences.

•   At least three years post qualification working experience.

•   Excellent writing skills.

•   Must be a team leader.
