Responsibilities:

•   Good scheduling & monitoring skills, interpersonal skills

•   Monitoring & improving efficiencies

•   Closely work in tie with Maintenance Shift  manager in charge

•   Capable of handling manpower – 400 nos.

•   Production planning & meeting set production targets

•   Troubleshooting

•   MIS reporting

•   Supervising  sections

•   Training & development of supervisors / operators

•   Able to manage conflicts

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

•   Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

•   3-5 year's experience in the confectionary industry

•   Good interpersonal and monitoring skills.

•   Team player.

•   Leadership Skills.
