JOB REQUIREMENT:

•   Minimum of BSc from a reputable University

•   Minimum of 3 years retail or Marketing experience in an FMCG OR TELECOMS

•   Previous supervisory experience

•   Strong organizational and time management skills

•   Good communication and leadership skills

•   Ability to motivate staff to achieve branch sales and service goals

•   Strong IT proficiency
