The role:

•   Logging of customer complaint to the after sales team.

•   Follow through on customer queries to ensure all issues are resolved within the specified turnaround time.

•   Answer all phone calls in a very professional manner.

The ideal candidate must;

•   Possess a minimum of BSc. or HND from a reputable institution.

•   Have worked in similar role for not less than 2 years.

•   Possess outstanding communication skills(oral and written).

•   Have the ability to make quick decision.

•   Possess great passion and drive.

•   Possess good interpersonal skills.
