Job Title: Guest House Manager

Job Details: The successful candidate must be able to, amongst other things, estimate quantities, monitor processes and control resources .

Qualifications: B.SC/HND in Catering & Hotel management not below second class lower division.

Experience:

•   Very Good in hygiene and housekeeping, good in both local and continental dishes.

•   Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a high profile hotel or guest house.
