Unknown to many, the Kukere master, and winner of the first Project Fame West Africa back in 2008, Iyanya, has been releasing new songs.

The songs are however yet to really catch on like Kukere, Ur Waist, Flavour and other hits from his sophomore album, Desire.

Even as he hopes to have another smash hit again though his latest release, Le Kwa Ukwu, a top entertainment personality has advised him to go back to working with D'Tunes, the producer of his biggest hit, Kukere, in order to continue to enjoy the kind of success he achieved with Kukere and others.

"When an artist meets a producer whom they have the right chemistry, it is better they keep working together.

Iyanya and D'Tunes have the right chemistry, so they made a lot of hits. Artists who sever their ties with the producers who understand them don't really do well. Sean Tizzle, the main artist with D'Tunes presently is going from hit to hit, while Iyanya has dropped at least three singles that are yet to really circulate. He should just go back to D'Tunes."

If an artiste's success depends on someone else then that artist is not successful yet!

Apparently, no one wants anyone to leave him or her in the music industry. Everyone wants to hold on to someone....

I support his independence. Everyone can be on their own to suceed. Iyanya is good to go

Their works together has been unique and interesting but they can't possibly be together for long.
