Job Title: Fishing Tools Supervisor

Job description: Reporting to the Fishing Coordinator, Fishing & Milling Services, the person will be required to proffer expert technical advice and support during fishing operations with full respect for company and client quality and safety policies.

Job Requirements:

•   Perform Pre-Job Risk Assessment

•   Supervise the performance of Fishing jobs, Milling operations in open and cased hole in varying environments and rigs; perform whipstock operations including running of whip, anchor and mills as part of the operations

•   Establish the work design for Fishing operations including recommended BHA and tools list

•   Provide post job reports

•   Complete job tickets and ensure same are signed off by relevant rig personnel

•   Ensure break out and backload of all tools used in Fishing operations at the conclusion of the job

•   Attend client meetings as required by client and directed by Fishing Coordinator

Desired Skills and Experience:

Skillsrequired:

•   Technical competence in fishing and milling operations (3-5 years experience)

•   Technical advice to clients in order to provide business solutions efficiently

•   Good mastery of tools required and services on offer to client

•   Excellent customer service disposition, with the ability to work in multinational diverse teams

•   Must possess a 'can-do' attitude within the constraints of Safety and Health rules

•   A good Technical degree with 5 years post graduation experience in Fishing in a similar organization is an asset
