Requirements:

•   Minimum requirement: Certificate of competency as master onboard a sea going vessel of 3,000 gross tonnages.

•   Should also possess appropriate mandatory certificate.

•   Have completed approved training and meet the standard of competency specified in section A- 11/2.

•   A retired Captain with strong communication and presentation skills will be appointed.

•   Ability to teach and impart knowledge in a world class Maritime Training Institute.
