Oyo State: PDP opposes Folarin’s ministerial ambition

The Oyo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has called on President Goodluck Jonathan to drop the immediate past Senate Leader, Mr. Teslim Folarin, from his minister list.

The party's State Secretary, Alhaji Bashiru Akanbi, told newsmen in Ibadan, on Monday that Teslim was not fit for any ministerial appointment in view of his alleged anti-party activities.

Akanbi further said, Folarin, alongside some party members, worked against former Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala, during the April general elections.
