•   He/She should possess any of the following qualifications.

(a) Ordinary National Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies, with 3-5 years experience, or

(b) Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies or its equivalent, but with not less than 2 years post qualification experience in an educational government or private sector organization.
